About the Founder

Jennifer Palmer, Founder and Principal of AND Data Services, brings nearly two decades of experience bridging public administration, technology, and data strategy. With a background spanning policy, government operations, nonprofit analytics, and grants management, Jennifer has built a career helping mission-driven organizations make smarter use of their information systems.

She holds a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Information Systems Management from Auburn University at Montgomery, combining deep policy and programmatic understanding with advanced technical expertise. Her career includes working in all three branches of government as a policy and budget analyst, statistician, and later, a database administrator, leading database and analytics initiatives for national nonprofits, and collaborating directly with grants management platform founders to reimagine how organizations track, measure, and report their impact.

Driven by the belief that good data is an act of service, Jennifer founded AND Data Services to help organizations of every size build confidence in their information and use it to do more good.
